Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and service-oriented Bartender to join the team at The Frame. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, professional presentation, product knowledge,



and the ability to maintain consistency and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Demonstrate robust knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage profiles.
Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service while engaging confidently with guests.
Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and dining choices and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and garnish.
Complete daily bar mise-en-place, including garnishes, syrups, juices, infusions, ice, and glassware.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, organisation, and presentation of the bar.
Monitor bar stock and communicate replenishment requirements to the Bar Manager.
Ensure all bar equipment, tools, and glassware are properly maintained and stored.
