Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building relationships with dental professionals and distributors, and presenting product portfolios that meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing sales quotations, and following up to close opportunities.



The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams on order processing and customer support, and participating in market research to identify new opportunities and trends. The Sales Executive will represent the brand at industry events and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical devices, or healthcare-related products.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with dental professionals and distributors.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships, manage negotiations, and close sales effectively.
Comfort with basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and using digital channels for lead generation and follow-up.
