In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Leading quality assurance activities for desktop applications and connected
device ecosystems, ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
* Defining and driving test strategies, test plans, and quality processes
aligned with project objectives, technical requirements, and business goals.
* Reviewing and analyzing requirements, user stories, technical design
documents, and specifications to identify test scenarios, quality risks, and
coverage gaps early in the development lifecycle.
* Designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test artifacts,
including test plans, test cases, test data, defect reports, traceability
matrices, and execution reports.
* Mentoring and guiding automation engineers and junior QA team members,
promoting best practices in testing, automation, and quality engineering.
* Designing, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks, reusable test
assets, and automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and coverage.




* Executing and overseeing manual and automated testing activities across
functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and non-functional
testing areas.
* Identifying, logging, tracking, and driving resolution of defects throughout
the defect lifecycle while collaborating closely with development teams and
stakeholders.
* Developing and executing non-functional test scenarios, including
performance, reliability, usability, and security validation.
* Conducting test reviews, automation code reviews, and quality audits to
ensure adherence to established testing standards and best practices.
* Monitoring and reporting quality metrics, test progress, defect trends, and
release readiness to project stakeholders and management.
* Collaborating effectively with developers, product owners, architects,
business analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test
coverage and successful product delivery.
