As a strategic partner to Engineering, Delivery and Business leaders, you will drive initiatives that strengthen culture, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Strategic Business Partnering




Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance, employee relations and organizational development.
Leverage people insights and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

Culture & Employee Experience
Champion Nomiso's CODE values and foster a culture of collaboration, trust and psychological safety.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
Gather employee feedback through pulse checks, stay interviews and action planning.

Talent & Performance
Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and career development.
Support managers in building high-performing teams through coaching and continuous feedback.
Identify capability gaps and partner with leaders to drive learning and development initiatives.
