This is an excellent chance for students and freshers who want practical exposure to B2B sales, corporate business development, event sales, client communication, lead generation, and the events & marketing industry.
? WHAT YOU’LL DO
Market & Event Research
• Research companies, brands, exhibitors, event organizers, venues, hotels, and potential business partners.
• Identify potential clients for event, exhibition, marketing, branding, and activation services.
• Research upcoming conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
Lead Generation & Corporate Outreach
• Build and maintain a database of potential corporate clients.
• Identify decision-makers and relevant contact information.
• Support outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Introduce company services to prospects under guidance.




• Track responses and qualify interested prospects.
Lead Follow-Up
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and record requirements, responses, and next steps.
• Escalate qualified leads to the Business Development team.
Client Meeting Support
• Assist in scheduling client meetings and calls.
• Participate in selected client discussions when required.
• Take meeting notes and document client requirements.
• Support preparation of basic presentations, proposals, and research material.
Database & MIS
• Maintain accurate prospect and lead databases.
• Track calls, emails, meetings, responses, and follow-ups.
• Update daily activity reports and Business Development MIS.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with the Business Development team on lead status and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations, and other teams wh
