What You Will Do: As our Technical Support Executive,



you will help drive our solution adoption and retention, working cross-functionally by creating Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and partners and providing exceptional service and support. This role will help take our message to the market and understand how our security solutions integrate with security and IT ecosystems to strengthen cyber resilience, simplify processes, and enable faster response and continuous business productivity.

Core Responsibilities Include

Work cross-functionally with Clients (Enterprise/MSSP/MSP) and Channel Partners.
Achieve targets with delivery and support.
Function as a subject matter expert on topics relevant to the cybersecurity ecosystem, including various vendor solutions, platforms, integrations, and competitors
Perform other duties as assigned or required.

What We Need From You

Lead the engagement from Support to Delivery.
1-2 years of sales in IT Security Solutions.
A MUST- Experience in cybersecu
