About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Engineer (NTRX) to join our Delivery and Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the remote installation, implementation, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise-scale recording and compliance solutions. The role requires strong expertise in telephony, networking, Windows platforms, recording solutions, and customer-facing technical consulting within banking and financial services environments.

What You'll Do:
Install, integrate, configure, and deploy NTR-x recording solutions remotely, adhering to enterprise standards and customer requirements.
Participate in the complete project lifecycle from sales handoff through implementation, testing, go-live, and project closure.
Configure and customize solution components based on design specifications and customer business requirements.
Execute unit, functional, system,
and integration testing while supporting customer UAT and solution validation activities.
Troubleshoot technical issues using Wireshark, log analysis tools, and other network diagnostic utilities.
Collaborate with customer teams and third-party vendors to configure and validate integration points across customer environments.
Provide technical expertise throughout project execution including solution design, implementation, quality assurance, and client support.
Identify, report, and escalate implementation risks and issues while coordinating with Support, R&D;, and management teams.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and technical updates.
Support after-hours, weekend, client-site, and global engagement activities when required.
Provide customer feedback and enhancement recommendations to Product Support and R&D; teams.
