At Livspace, we're transforming the way India experiences kitchens and home interiors. As we continue to expand our Appliances business, we're looking for dynamic and results-driven Branch Managers to lead sales operations, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth across key markets.
Position: Branch Manager – Sales
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and consistently achieve business and revenue targets.
Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and retail networks across the assigned territory.
Increase market penetration, retail coverage, and brand visibility.
Lead, coach, and motivate field sales teams to deliver exceptional performance.
Execute sales strategies, trade promotions, and new product launches.
Manage branch operations, inventory planning, collections, and profitability.
Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and leverage data to drive business decisions.
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers,



retailers, and key channel partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
7–12 years of experience in Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electricals, or allied industries.
3–5 years of experience leading Branch Sales or Area Sales operations.
Strong understanding of General Trade, Regional Retail, Channel Sales, and Distribution Management.
Proven leadership, business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
