Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist & Data Researcher & Cold Calling role is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will identify and qualify new leads through online research, database exploration, and use of digital tools and platforms.



Daily work includes maintaining and updating lead lists, validating contact information, segmenting prospects, and preparing data for outreach and sales campaigns. The role also involves conducting cold calls to prospective clients, initiating conversations, gathering requirements, and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team. Collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues to refine targeting criteria, improve lead quality, and report on lead generation performance is an significant part of the position.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in New Leads and Lead Generation, including sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing prospects.
Strong Communication and Sales skills, with confidence in handling cold calls and client-facing interactions.
