Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely.
In this role,



you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for cloud and security services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint security solutions. You will support clients through issue diagnosis, resolution, configuration assistance, and proactive system monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Cyvica cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

We Are Looking For
Robust understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS and ManageEngine Solutions
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Experience handling service tickets, incidents, and escalations
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple issues
Customer-first attitude with solid ownership and accountability
