From managing records to maintaining infrastructure processes, the team ensures compliance, organization, and operational efficiency.

As a Business Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing company documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting facility and asset maintenance processes.

What will you do?
Organize and maintain structured physical and digital archiving systems
Label, sort, and categorize documents for easy retrieval and usability
Retrieve records upon request and ensure timely access to documents
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation standards
Maintain documentation integrity, version control, and controlled access
Remove obsolete documents in line with retention policies
Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation readiness
