Optum is looking for a Data Analytics Consultant to support marketing analytics, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard automation. This role will work with business, marketing, and technology teams to turn data into clear insights, improve reporting processes, and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business reporting and decision-making
Create clear insights on campaign performance, member/customer behavior,



trends, drivers, and key business metrics
Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready views using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Support forecasting and performance tracking using statistical and analytical techniques
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency
Prepare simple, actionable summaries and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
Follow enterprise data governance, privacy, and security standards while handling business data
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies
