Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, developing relationships with developers, consultants, and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for the firm. The role requires strong industry understanding, networking ability, and experience in handling B2B project-based sales cycles in the architecture/construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Lead Generation
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in architecture, interior design, and planning projects
Build pipeline through developers, real estate companies,



contractors, corporates, and government bodies
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and RFQs in relevant markets
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Act as the primary point of contact during early-stage discussions and pitch cycles
Ensure high client engagement and long-term association with the firm
3. Proposal & Pitch Management
Prepare and coordinate responses for RFQs, EOIs, and RFPs
Work closely with design teams to develop compelling presentations and project proposals
Support senior leadership in client meetings and design presentations
4. Strategic Networking
Represent the firm in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking platforms
Build partnerships with real estate developers, PMC firms, and consultants
Strengthen the firm’s visibility and brand positioning in the market
