Requirements and Qualifications:-
Diploma/ITI/BE/B Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
Min experience required – 0.6 to 2 years.
Willingness to travel to customer locations across India.
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
Valuable communication skill.
Responsibilities :-
Perform servicing, testing, and repairing of products
Attend service calls at customer sites, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of service reports, call logs, and feedback forms.
Handle service inventory, tools, and calibration equipment responsibly.
Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for complex troubleshooting.
