About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Test Engineer with hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and API testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce modules, integrations, testing processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Perform API testing using REST/SOAP APIs with tools such as Postman and Swagger.
Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, triggers, Lightning components, and custom objects.
Test Salesforce integrations and data flows across various systems.
Conduct testing across Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure smooth product delivery.
Identify, document,



and track defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
Participate in test planning, estimation, test case reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
Perform backend data validation using SOQL/SOSL and SQL queries where required.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional, integration, regression, and API testing.
Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Selenium or other automation testing tools.
Basic knowledge of Java and Apex.
Valuable understanding of SQL and query writing.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, Tosc
