This is a full-time position, based out of the NLSIU campus in Bangalore, and will report to the Registrar, NLSIU.
Role Description
Post – Chief Finance Officer (1 vacancy)
Pay Structure – Level 14 As per VII CPC
Tenure – Permanent basis till the age of superannuation i.e. 62 years, subject to confirmation after the satisfactory completion of two years’ probation

Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
Desirable
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Professional Qualifications
Essential Experience and Skills
A minimum of 15 years of administrative experience in a supervisory position maintaining audited accounts, preparing budgets, managing procurement, and ensuring compliance with administrative processes and legal regulations, in a recognized University or other public or private entity with over 200 employees on the payroll and having a turnover of more than INR 25 crores.
Fluency in written and oral English communication with excellent drafting, formulation and reporting skills;
Excellent knowledge of Office software, accounting software, ERP systems and Email application;
