Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Helpers to join our team at Ashok Leyland, Hosur. The candidate will support production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production operations and manufacturing processes
- Perform burr cleaning and finishing work on components
- Support machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Handle materials and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist supervisors and machine operators as required
Requirements:
- Basic education (8th / 10th / 12th pass preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Physically fit and ready to work in an industrial workplace
- Prior experience in production or factory work is an advantage (not mandatory)
Salary:
- Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
