Key Responsibilities:
â Conduct research & trials for yarn/product improvement
â Analyze and improve spinning process efficiency & quality
â Develop innovative solutions for cost reduction & productivity enhancement
â Coordinate with production and quality teams for process optimization
â Monitor raw material performance and yarn characteristics
â Prepare R&D; reports, testing records & technical documentation
â Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements
â Ensure compliance with quality and customer standards
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of spinning processes & yarn manufacturing
- Experience in textile testing, quality analysis & product development
- Understanding of fiber properties & yarn parameters
- Analytical and problem -solving skills
- Knowledge of process improvement & quality control techniques
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work closely with production teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Textile Technology
- Experience in spinning mills or yarn manufacturing preferred
