Summary:
The Quality Assurance qualified plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of product quality and food safety within aseptic packaging operations. Responsible for ensuring full compliance with critical regulatory frameworks—including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP—this role safeguards product integrity and operational excellence. Through systematic quality inspections, environmental monitoring, and proactive deviation management via CAPA, the incumbent ensures consistent adherence to quality benchmarks. Close collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams is essential to maintain packaging quality, prevent contamination, and ensure readiness for internal, customer, and third -party audits. This position is integral to sustaining trust, compliance, and operational reliability across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce quality compliance across all stages of aseptic packaging processes.
- Perform routine inspections of packaging materials, finished products, and packaging procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and hygiene verification to mitigate contamination risks.
- Lead investigations into quality deviations and non -conformances, driving effective CAPA execution.
- Manage microbiological testing protocols and maintain accurate, audit -ready quality documentation.
- Support audit preparation and active participation in internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Partner with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality and packaging performance.
