Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our agile team in ERP Software Product Development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various ERP projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management for standard ERP Products. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, problem -solving abilities, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities
ï· Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
ï· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
ï· Coordinate and communicate project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to team members and stakeholders.
ï· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
ï· Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
ï· Collaborate with cross -functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
ï· Conduct project reviews and post -implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and lessons learned.
ï· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
ï· Foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate Software developers and testers
ï· Ensure organizational key performance indicators for developers and testers are identified, tracked, and reported (for onsite, remote and hybrid workers)
ï· Convene meetings and plan agenda to ensure important issues are aired and resolved.
ï· Provide continuous feedback for direct reports through regular one -on -one meetings
ï· Plan, document, manage and evaluate staff performance, or contribute to evaluation by their managers.
ï· Contribute to training need Identification for less skilled professionals and help in their mentoring and training.Qualification
