As we scale our platform capabilities, we are looking for a seasoned Product Development Manager who can bridge deep technical expertise with cybersecurity domain knowledge to drive end -to -end product delivery.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Product Development Manager will own the full product development lifecycle for Nopal Cyber's AI -native service delivery platform. You will lead a sizeable team of full stack and AI engineers across the N360 web platform and Nopal Go mobile application, ensuring seamless delivery of secure, scalable, and intelligent features built on a MERN stack deployed on AWS infrastructure.
This is a high -impact role that sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, product strategy, and cybersecurity service delivery, demanding someone who can architect solutions as comfortably as they can roadmap and lead people.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Platform Leadership
» Own the end -to -end development roadmap for the N360 Web App and Nopal Go Mobile App, aligning product milestones with business objectives.
» Define and prioritize the product backlog, translating cybersecurity use cases and customer requirements into actionable engineering sprints.
» Champion AI -native features : including threat intelligence automation, ai -enabled EASM, AI SOC, AI attack surface reduction, Agentic AI pen testing, adaptive risk scoring, and intelligent alerting — from concept to commission.
» Collaborate with technology leadership, security architects, and business stakeholders to shape platform strategy and feature direction.
Engineering & Team Leadership
» Lead, mentor, and scale a sizeable cross -functional team of developers (full -stack, mobile, AI, DevSecOps) across agile development cycles.
» Establish and uphold engineering best practices : code quality, peer reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development standards (SAST/DAST).
» Drive sprint planning, stand -ups,
retrospectives, and release governance to maintain predictable, high -quality delivery cadences.
» Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, manage risks, and escalate blockers proactively.

Technical Delivery — MERN on AWS
» Oversee architecture decisions for scalable MERN -based services, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and real -time processing layers.
» Ensure the AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, WAF) supports platform SLAs, reliability, and security compliance.
» Drive DevSecOps integration : infrastructure -as -code (Terraform/CDK), automated security checks, and zero -downtime deployment strategies.
» Lead performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and cost optimization across cloud resources.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
» Integrate cybersecurity best practices into every stage of the SDLC including threat modelling, secure code review, Secure SDLC and penetration testing.
» Ensure platform adherence to relevant compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, EU Act as applicable).
» Collaborate with the service delivery operations team to embed real -world threat intelligence into platform feature development.
» Evaluate and incorporate AI/ML -driven security capabilities : AI incident response, AI attack surface management, AI -native service delivery operations, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
» Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for product, sales, and service delivery teams.
» Produce clear executive -level reporting on delivery progress, KPIs, technical backlogs, and platform health.
» Manage third -party vendor relationships, open -source integrations, and API partnerships where relevant.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
» 10 -12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 -5 years in a product/engineering management or technical lead role.
» Proven track record managing agile engineering teams of 8+ developers through full product delivery cycles.
