Role Description The Teacher will deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons for school and competitive exam coaching programs, ensuring clarity of fundamental concepts and strong academic support for students. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, conducting classroom sessions, assessing student performance, and providing personalized guidance and doubt-solving support.



The Teacher will collaborate with other faculty members to align teaching methods with the institute’s curriculum and learning objectives, and participate in parent-student interactions as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent classroom presence and active involvement in the academic development of students.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured lesson plans and academic support materials.

Excellent Communication skills for clear classroom instruction, student engagement, and effective interaction with parents and colleagues.

Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or subject-specific disciplines (Science, Mathematics, Commerce, English etc.).

Prior teaching or coaching experience in school academics and/or competitive exams (IIT-JEE, NEET, or similar) is highly beneficial.

Ability to manage classroom dynamics, provide individualized support, and use up-to-date teaching tools or digital resources.

Commitment to student-centered learning, skilled integrity, and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
