About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong background in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed brokerage or fintech companies such as Angel One, Zerodha, Upstox, Groww, ICICI Direct, Motilal Oswal, Sharekhan, 5Paisa, Paytm Money, or similar organizations.

The candidate will lead a team of Sales Representatives, drive daily sales performance, coach the team on objection handling, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets across our financial products.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor outbound and inbound sales calls to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Coach team members on objection handling, relationship building, and effective closing techniques.
- Conduct regular call audits and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion rates.
- Drive sales of financial products, including:
- Demat & Trading Accounts
- Mutual Funds
- SIPs
- Bonds
- IPOs
- Loans
- Insurance
- Other investment products
- Track team performance using key metrics such as conversion rate, productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain robust pipeline management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and the customer journey.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations.

- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
