Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- 15 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Operations

The Sourcing & Procurement Associate will support procurement operations and sourcing initiatives by managing requisitions, purchase orders, vendor master data, procurement helpdesk activities, supplier interactions, and sourcing events. The role requires strong stakeholder management, procurement process knowledge, and experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Procurement Operations from PR to PO process.
- Create, process, modify, and track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain Vendor Master Data and ensure data accuracy.
- Support Procurement Helpdesk operations and resolve stakeholder queries.
- Lead and support sourcing projects across assigned categories.
- Build and execute RFP/RFQ events and manage supplier participation.
- Evaluate supplier responses and support supplier selection processes.
- Coordinate and execute bid clarification and bid management activities.
- Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve cost and service perks.
- Follow up on Purchase Orders through ERP platforms such as SAP and Ariba.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers for timely procurement execution.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Escalate procurement risks and operational issues as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and procurement processes.
