Job Summary

Specialist with 1 year of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing quality candidates, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures
- Maintain data in ATS and track hiring metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Tools & Skills

- ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit)
- Job portals: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
- Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of HRMS/HRIS system
