- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.

- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent, drive selection decisions, and support effective onboarding.

- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote UPHILL HR Services as an attractive workplace and strengthen talent pipelines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks for sourcing and managing candidates.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment consulting, or HR in a similar industry is an advantage.
