Job Description – Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end compensation programmes including salary reviews, market adjustments, and incentive plans.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation's compensation philosophy.
Lead participation in compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry), including job matching, data submission, benchmarking, and market analysis.
Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and maintain salary structures.
Support perks administration, policy implementation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and management presentations.
Drive process improvements by leveraging AI, HR technology, and automation tools.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
10–15 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, with significant experience in a multinational organisation.
Strong exposure to global compensation practices and collaboration with international stakeholders.
Proven experience managing compensation surveys and market benchmarking.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, salary structures, and market pricing.
Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills; experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and Power BI preferred.
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
