About Zintlr
Zintlr is a sales intelligence platform helping B2B revenue teams identify, prioritize, and engage the right accounts through deep company intelligence, verified contact intelligence, and actionable insights. We're looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to drive the operational excellence behind our go-to-market strategy. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve how we identify target accounts, prioritize opportunities, and scale our outbound motion.

What You'll Do
● Define and continuously refine Zintlr's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Total Addressable Market (TAM).
● Build high-quality target account lists using market research, company intelligence, customer insights, and buying signals.
● Identify new growth opportunities using a combination of internal data, market intelligence, and up-to-date GTM tools.
● Analyze conversion data to identify which accounts, industries, personas, and strategies drive the strongest pipeline.




● Consolidate insights from customer conversations and market trends to help shape GTM strategy.
● Build and improve scalable workflows, research processes, and AI-powered systems that enable our GTM teams to operate more efficiently.

What We're Looking For
● 2–5 years of experience in Growth Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Market Research, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
● Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems.
● Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
● High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for execution.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
● A builder's mindset with a passion for creating scalable systems and improving how teams operate.

Nice to Have
● Experience working with GTM tools.
● Familiarity with AI-led workflow automation.
