About the Role
As an HR Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new joiners.
Your role will involve maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating onboarding activities across multiple locations, and working closely with IT and Admin teams to ensure new employees have the necessary access and resources for a smooth transition into the organization.
Additionally, you will support offboarding processes by ensuring timely IT/Admin clearances and contributing to continuous improvements in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities




● Lead the end-to-end onboarding process at the headquarter, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
● Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and external vendors for smooth execution.
● Ensure all pre-joining formalities, including documentation, background verification, and buddy assignments, are completed before Day 1.
● Drive pre-onboarding engagement by keeping new hires informed, connected, and excited before their start date.
● Manage access controls, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain accurate onboarding data and trackers.
● Correctly capture and record employee information on various HR platforms at the time of onboarding.
● Collaborate with IT and Admin teams to provide system access, laptops, ID cards, and other essential resources on Day 1.
