About The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Corporate Partnerships & Growth Manager to build and scale Sova's corporate business across India.

This role goes beyond traditional B2B sales. You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with corporates, designing wellness programs, driving revenue,



managing key stakeholders and helping establish Sova as a trusted preventive healthcare partner.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue

Build and own Sova's Corporate Partnerships pipeline.
Identify, engage and convert CHROs, CXOs, HR Heads, Business Heads and Corporate Wellness leaders.
Drive revenue through Corporate Gut Health Programs, CXO Health Protocols and AI-powered Organisational Gut Health Assessments.
Own quarterly revenue targets and partnership growth.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Build high-quality prospect databases using Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Execute multi-channel outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling and networking.
Build relationships with decision makers across target organisations.
