Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You'll take ownership of editing high-quality content across multiple brands while contributing creative ideas that improve every project.
Edit premium videos for social media, digital campaigns, YouTube, advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, and performance marketing campaigns.
Transform raw footage into engaging stories using strong pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, and motion graphics.
Create high-performing short-form content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos,



and promotional edits.
Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, photographers, and content creators throughout production.
Develop motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, audio balancing, and final output optimisation.
Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Organise project files, media libraries, and editing workflows to maintain production efficiency.
Explore and implement AI-powered editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI, and similar technologies to improve speed and creativity.
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape visual storytelling across campaigns.
Qualifications
2–3 years of qualified experience in video editing within a creative agen
