We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle – from defining business objectives and shaping solution strategies to ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Acting as a trusted liaison between business and technology, you’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving system capabilities, and enabling better decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do…

Elicit, Analyze, and Document Requirements: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and feedback. Translate these into clear use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Solution Design & Implementation Support: Work closely with technical and business teams to design, document, and implement system solutions that align with business needs. Prepare requirement scope documents, mockups, and coordinate approvals during the solution design process.
Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and document existing business processes, develop process models and workflows, and recommend creative and practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
