Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Governance:
Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of implementation projects.
Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, action registers, and status reports.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings,



workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
Track deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions through to completion.
Prepare meeting minutes and distribute action items to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate communications across business teams, technology teams, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
Follow up on outstanding actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
Assist in preparing project updates, dashboards, and executive reporting packs.
Maintain stakeholder distribution lists and communication records.

Documentation & Project Controls:
Maintain project repositories and ensure documentation is organized, current, and easy to access.
Manage project artifacts including requirements documents, design documents, testing evidence, training materials, and sign-off records.
