Job Description:
As a BI Developer focused on Tableau, I support the organization by transforming raw data
into meaningful insights. I assist in the development of dashboards and reports that aid in
monitoring business performance, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven decisions. I
work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data visualization while
contributing to the overall analytics capability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance of dashboards
Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting




Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop & Server)
Positive expertise in SQL and database management
Understanding of Data Lake concepts and data architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Salesforce and Tableau
Knowledge of UX|UI (Figma) Design
