Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Madurai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners,



and supporting the expansion of Optimum Health’s surgical, aesthetic, and medical services. The Business Development Executive will manage lead generation activities, conduct market research, and prepare presentations and proposals to promote company offerings. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The role requires active participation in meetings, events, and outreach initiatives to strengthen Optimum Health’s presence and drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Business growth, including identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and pipeline management, with the ability to qualify prospects and nurture relationships.
