As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our growing Sales team.

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach,



and the ability to build meaningful relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, ensuring timely responses in accordance with defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business challenges, budgets, and decision-making processes, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups, effectively handle objections, and maintain engagement until opportunities are successfully converted or appropriately closed.
Maintain accurate customer records, update interactions, follow-up activities, and prospect stages in the CRM system while ensuring complete data integrity.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to
