Role Description The Salesperson will work full time in office at United Builders’ Nashik location, engaging directly with prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting walk-in and referred clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable projects, and conducting site visits.



The role involves explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans, preparing and following up on proposals, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, coordinate with marketing and operations teams, and actively work to achieve individual and team sales targets. Regular market research and relationship-building with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients are also part of this position.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and meet defined targets.
Customer relationship management skills, including listening, needs analysis, follow-up, and after-sales support.
Clear and professional communication skills in English and local languages, with confident presentation abilities.
