We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of luxury residential properties within our premium developments. The role requires solid leadership, strategic planning, and market expertise to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion ratios to ensure optimum productivity.
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
Identify and generate leads for residential property sales through networking, brokers, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventory.
Conduct site visits, presentations,



and property showings for prospective buyers and investors.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements.
Identify training needs and facilitate product, sales, and process training to improve team capability.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial property rates in Gurugram and surrounding areas.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
18 to 22 years of proven experience in luxury real estate sales.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales and market dynamics.
