ZOEI is Sustain Vibes Innovations' ESG SaaS platform, built to help enterprises, ULBs and institutions manage GHG accounting, ESG disclosures and carbon strategy. We are looking for a Presales and Solutioning qualified who can bridge our product and domain expertise with prospective clients, own the conversation from first pitch to signed deal, and bring a genuine working knowledge of sustainability frameworks to every conversation.

Experience : 2-4 years

Reporting: You will be reporting to Founder / Business Head of the Company.

Key Responsibilities
Lead presales and solutioning for ZOEI: understand prospect requirements and translate them into tailored platform solutions and commercial proposals.
Own client pitches and product demos, presenting ZOEI's capabilities clearly and confidently to CXOs, sustainability heads and government stakeholders.
Drive regular follow ups with prospects through the sales cycle, keeping momentum and taking every qualified opportunity to closure.
Build a strong functional understanding of ESG, BRSR, CSRD, GHG Protocol,



CCTS and related carbon market and sustainability regulations, and apply this knowledge to client conversations.
Prepare high quality presentations, proposals, EOIs and pitch decks in coordination with the founding team, ensuring content is client-ready and commercially sound.
Maintain a structured pipeline: track leads, follow ups, proposal status and deal stages, and report progress regularly.
Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and deliverable.
Represent ZOEI at client meetings, industry events and government engagements as required.
What We Are Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in presales, solutioning, business development or client-facing consulting roles; SaaS or sustainability industry background preferred.
Working knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting and carbon markets, or a strong willingness and ability to build this quickly.
