Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly driven IT Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced product engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring for niche technology roles across AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, Backend, Frontend, SRE, DevOps, QA and Product Engineering.
This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, create an exceptional candidate experience, and own the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with Engineering, Delivery and Business leaders to understand hiring priorities and build effective hiring plans.
Source high-quality talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, talent communities and innovative sourcing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical and recurring technology roles.
Hire across Full time, Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H)



positions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
Drive structured hiring discussions and ensure timely interview feedback and decision-making.
Coordinate interviews while ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and interview panels.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Represent Nomiso's culture and values while engaging with prospective candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives through social media, employee referral campaigns, hiring events and networking communities.
Recruitment Excellence
Ensure quality hiring through structured screening and competency-based assessments.
Maintain recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acc
