We're looking for a Marketing Associate who can work directly with the Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and scale marketing campaigns across multiple brands. If you're someone who enjoys building campaigns, running ads, creating content, solving marketing problems, and taking ownership, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple products and brands.
Manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Coordinate ad shoots and marketing content production.
Work closely with designers, editors, and developers to launch campaigns.
Build landing pages and improve conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Manage social media marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Leverage AI tools to improve marketing speed and quality.
Own marketing projects from planning to execution.

Requirements
