Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective buyers and investors, conduct client consultations, and understand their preferences and investment goals. The role involves presenting luxury residential options, coordinating site visits,



and delivering tailored property recommendations backed by market research. The Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiations, documentation support, and post-sale relationship management. The position also includes maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to access premium inventory, and representing Dwelling’s brand with qualified, client-centric service.
