JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across the business by managing commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support retail, wholesale,



and e-commerce operations while overseeing contract lifecycle management, corporate governance activities, and statutory compliance. This role is critical in enabling the business to operate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with legal and corporate standards.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts for omnichannel retail/wholesale business.
Handle end-to-end contract lifecycle: approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and closure.
Maintain ALM/CLM tools, contract trackers, repositories, and renewal calendars.
Track vendor obligations, invoices, payment milestones, and contract-related payments.
Coordinate with internal functions/departments/external vendors/ consultants
Support retail, e-commerce, consumer, advertising, and vendor compliance requirements.
Assist with company secretarial work, statutory records, Board documentation, and regulatory filings/reporting.
