About Aksara Jewellers
Aksara Jewellers is a premium jewellery brand offering Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Bridal Jewellery. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with strong telesales experience to generate customer engagement, promote jewellery products and savings schemes, and increase showroom footfall.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Promote Gold, Diamond, Silver Jewellery and Investment Savings Schemes.
Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Inform customers about new collections, festive offers, exchange programmes, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate customer records and call updates in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure smooth customer handover and follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide appropriate product information.
Support marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and other sales initiatives assigned by the Management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred:
Banking Sales
Credit Card Sales
Gold Loan Companies (Muthoot Finance, Manappuram Finance, White Gold, IIFL Finance, HDB Financial Services, etc.)
Jewellery Sales
NBFC Sales
Insurance Sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven workplace.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
