What You’ll Do
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the feed management platform, configuring product data feeds, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales handoff to live. You will also play a vital role in supporting existing clients as they migrate to new e-commerce platforms. You will be required to ensure there’s a seamless transition as the client source data changes,



highlighting any differences to the client as they show. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic input to accurately deliver projects within the expected delivery windows.

How You Will Succeed
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients: gathering requirements, mapping data sources, and configuring feed rules and category mappings
Support clients migrating their online store to a new e-commerce platform, ensuring feed continuity throughout the transition
Optimize product feeds across platforms including Google Shopping, Meta, and marketplaces
Conduct audits of product feeds to ensure compliance and data integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues (missing attributes, mismatched categories, feed rejections) identified through audits
Troubleshoot and resolve feed-related issues across digital channels
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure implementation scope aligns with
