About the role
We’re looking for one person to own the entire social and content engine of an enterprise AI startup - strategy and execution, end to end. This is not a ‘post when you have time’ role.



You will be the marketing backbone for a company building serious products, and you’ll be trusted to build it from scratch. Content is the means, not the goal. The direct objective is to build awareness, earn trust, and stand up a distribution channel - a marketing engine that drives customer acquisition and sales. Every reel, post, and video should ladder up to that. You’ll take full accountability for strategy and execution for our current AI product: SyncTrade (SMB SaaS), to be launched by end of September 2026. You will also support company’s growth marketing. Both will have their own audience, voice, and goals. You’ll be expected to build a coherent content system across SyncTrade and Crizzen.
What you’ll actually do
• Own the strategy - Design content pipelines and funnels for the product - what gets made, why, who it’s for, and how it converts.
• Write scripts - For short and long-form video, hooks, captions, and posts.
