About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building robust candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics and generate periodic hiring reports




Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards

Requirements
Only 1–3 years of full-time experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Prior experience hiring for Media, Marketing, Advertising, Events, B2B, or related industries is preferred
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
Experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting
