Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Ops to support our lending operations and ensure timely collections from borrowers. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan operations, customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and MIS reporting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lending Operations
Process loan disbursements and documentation.
Verify customer documents and maintain accurate loan records in the LOS/LMS.
Manage loan bookings, repayment schedules, and operational data.
Coordinate with Credit, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collections
Monitor repayment schedules and overdue accounts.
Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp for collections.
Negotiate repayment commitments and escalate delinquent accounts as required.
Coordinate with collection agencies and maintain collection MIS and ageing reports.
Operations Support
Prepare operational and collection MIS reports.
Reconcile collections with bank records.
Resolve customer queries related to loan servicing and repayments.
Identify process gaps and support operational improvements.
