About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME)



in Direct Tax to provide expert advisory on complex tax matters. This role is ideal for a Chartered Accountant with deep technical knowledge and the ability to interpret, analyze, and advise on intricate tax issues across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Advisory
Provide high-level expert guidance on complex direct tax matters, including tax planning, structuring of transactions, and interpretation of provisions under the Income Tax Act and related regulations.
Analyze intricate tax positions adopted by clients and evaluate potential risks, exposures, and compliance requirements.
Develop well-reasoned, practical, and legally sound solutions aligned with applicable tax laws, judicial precedents, and regulatory frameworks.
Support strategic decision-making for clients by providing detailed technical opinions on tax implications of business transactions, restructuring, and cross-border arrangements (where applicable).
