DEPARTRMENT: QHSE(Quality, Health, Safety & Workplace)

YOUR TASKS:

* Co-ordinate HSE communications both reactive and proactive via various
methods.
* Update training materials and administer programmes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE functions to optimize
processes and performance.
* Co-ordinate the company level HSE reward scheme
* Co-ordinate global HSE related surveys, and consequent actions.
* Co-ordinate new IT tool proposals and feature developments for existing
software
* HSE process management and modelling within the company tool.
* Development of data reporting dashboards, intelligent data review
* Deliver weekly/monthly reporting, trend analysis reports and deep data
analysis on cause
* Perform data validation audits to ensure data integrity and address findings
* Co-ordinate global HSE responses to HSE/Sustainability requests from clients,
auditors
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding HSE data and
processes.
* Perform HSE screening of suppliers in the Sourcing tool, and follow up




* Maintain RACI matrix for HSE topics

YOUR PROFILE:

* Health and Safety or Environmental qualification
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE or Project support function.
* Proficiency in use of business software and MS Excel / PowerPoint and PowerBI
* Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strong organisation, planning and team working skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
under tight deadlines.
* Decision making, capable of identifying when to escalate

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in working within ISO accredited organisations
* Experience of multinational environments where language and timezone need to
be considered.
* Experience working with SAP, Quentic, BIC, ServiceNow.
